This is the widget as a caller sees it, with one addition: the grey line
under each response is what your dashboard records. It names the approved
entry the answer came from, who approved it, and how confident the match was.
Try to break it. Ask what it costs, or where the office is,
and it will answer from the approved library. Then ask what your case is
worth, or how long you have to file. Those are blocked topics and it will
refuse before it even looks anything up. Then ask something nobody has
written an answer for yet, like whether it handles boating accidents, and
watch it land in the approval queue.
Prefer to hear it? The same engine answers out loud in the
voice demo.

Ask a blocked question on each setting. During office hours it offers a transfer.
After hours it says plainly that nobody is there, commits to a callback
time, and asks for the number before the caller leaves.
Hello. You've reached the 24-hour intake line for Harrington & Cole. I'm an automated assistant — I can answer common questions and take down your details for an attorney to review. Before anything else: are you somewhere safe, and have you been able to get medical attention?
